* Tesmole verde: a rich, savory broth with masa dumplings, fresh corn, and vegetables
* Pescado à la Veracruz: seaweed tofu “fish” wrapped in a plantain leaf, over a bed of potatoes
* Postre: passion fruit & coconut sorbets dolloped into almond brittle baskets, garnished with passion fruit syrup
