SUMMARY:Trauma-Informed Advising: Tools to Support Clients Through Uncertainty Part 1
DESCRIPTION:In today’s ever-changing environment\, business advisors are on the front lines—supporting entrepreneurs\, small business owners\, and community members as they navigate economic pressures\, uncertainty\, and personal challenges. Many clients may be carrying the weight of past or present trauma that directly impacts how they show up in business conversations\, decision-making\, and planning. \nThis interactive 3-hour workshop is designed to equip business advisors with trauma-informed tools and strategies to better understand\, respond to\, and support their clients—particularly in high-stress or uncertain contexts. Together\, we will explore: \n\nWhat trauma looks like in business advising spaces\nTools for grounding\, co-regulating\, and maintaining healthy boundaries\nScenarios and guided reflections to apply these concepts\n\nParticipants will be able to engage in group discussion and individual reflections to deepen their understanding and walk away with concrete strategies they can apply immediately in their advising work. \nThis is more than a professional development session—it’s an invitation to bring humanity\, healing\, and resilience into your daily practice. \nPlease be sure to register for both trainings. \n Register Here for Part 1\n Register Here for Part 2
